well it was leg day today and i said..."GET DA CAMERA"!!!...so here i am doin 8 plates ...allllll the way down.....not just barely bendin my kness like "some ppl do"...on the squat power rack...this was after doin 4 plates and 15"s(makin it a legit 405lbs) WIDE stance on the smith...and lemme tell u folks, my breathing sounds funny but it WORKS...i picked it up from this genetic MONSTER known as THE TANK...its almost as if im more focused on breathing that way than the weight...it really helps...
